Store Manager - Repco Cannington

About the role

Repco is looking for a Store Manager for its Cannington store, located in one of Perth's largest retail hubs near Westfield Carousel and the Albany Highway. The role leads a team of retail and trade specialists, drives sales and profit, and delivers outstanding customer experiences. It is a hands-on position involving receiving, dispatching and putting away stock, which includes lifting, bending and climbing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists
• Manage daily store operations, drive sales and profit, and ensure superior service standards
• Ensure financial management and operational standards are met, maintained and exceeded
• Motivate and support the team to reach their full potential
• Act as a brand ambassador with strong community, team and customer connections
• Be a safety leader, providing the safest work environment for staff and customers
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock

Required profile

• Supervisory, leadership and management experience
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results
• Previous dual-format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations (desirable)
• Experience building strong customer relationships
• Solution-focused problem solver
• Valid driver's licence
