Residential Property Manager – 5:2 roster – Weipa

About the role

Sodexo is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join its Accommodation Services team in Weipa, Queensland. You will be the subject‑matter expert delivering compliant property management services across a residential housing portfolio while enjoying a 5:2 Monday‑to‑Friday roster.

Key responsibilities

• Manage housing applications, assessments, approvals and tenancy reviews.
• Prepare, execute and administer tenancy agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate leasing activities including ingoing, vacating and tenancy transfers.
• Conduct Property Condition Reports, routine inspections and final bond inspections.
• Manage maintenance requests and ensure timely rectification works.
• Administer bonds, tenant damage recovery and tenancy‑related reporting.
• Maintain compliance with tenancy legislation, safety requirements and building regulations.
• Mediate tenancy disputes and facilitate resolutions in line with legislative requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and property management best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate Practice) or equivalent.
• Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain) and a valid driver’s licence.
