Research Specialist – Inside Recruiter

About the role

The Research Specialist supports the recruitment division by sourcing candidates, mapping market trends and building talent pipelines for clients across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to a Senior Division Director, you will work within a collaborative team to drive placement success.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through referrals, advertising, networking and headhunting.
• Research market and client trends, maintain industry mapping and monitor immigration and legislation changes.
• Provide a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with consultants on client meetings, candidate debriefs and placement negotiations.
• Track activities and maintain data integrity in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least two years of recruitment experience (or five years relevant experience).
• Proven track record of meeting placement targets and generating candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Motivation to contribute to revenue goals and continuous process improvement.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) usage for candidate tracking and data management.
