About the role
The Division Manager will lead the RH Human Resources recruitment division in Sydney, driving market awareness and business growth across New South Wales. This senior role combines team leadership, client and candidate relationship management, and operational oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Build profile and market awareness of RH recruitment across Sydney and inner NSW through effective account and candidate management programs.
- Manage, train and develop consultants to improve referrals, productivity, margin and database integrity.
- Develop and maintain client and candidate relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure activity is recorded in Salesforce.
- Produce monthly performance statistics, weekly reports, and manage budgets and financials for the division.
Required profile
- HR qualification with at least five years of relevant experience in generalist HR and recruitment.
- Minimum two years of candidate management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Proven track record of high performance and a competitive, results‑driven mindset.
