Rehab Consultant – Physiotherapist/OT/Exercise Physiologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified professional in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or exercise physiology to join our growing Occupational Rehabilitation team on the Central Coast. You will work closely with injured workers, employers and health professionals to support safe and sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals across workers compensation, CTP, Comcare and employer‑funded schemes.
• Conduct worksite, ergonomic, functional capacity and work‑match assessments to determine capacity and suitable duties.
• Develop and deliver injury‑prevention and workplace education programs.
• Liaise with treating parties to create graded return‑to‑work plans.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Full registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA.
• Strong interpersonal, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Current NSW driver’s licence, own car and comprehensive insurance.
