Registered Nurse – Rural Healthcare (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

Join a supportive rural hospital team delivering acute and emergency care to the Gloucester community. As a Registered Nurse you will provide safe, compassionate, evidence‑based care in the 14‑bed acute ward and/or the busy Emergency Department.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, GPs, visiting medical officers and allied health professionals.
• Support junior nursing staff through guidance and mentorship.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.
• Participate in continuous professional development with Clinical Nurse Educators and senior clinicians.
