About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to patients presenting with emergency, acute and mental health conditions.
• Apply evidence‑informed practice and adhere to NSQHS standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans and clinical pathways.
• Support the continuity of care across the integrated hospital, GP and community health services.

Required profile

• Australian citizen, permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with a valid passport.
• Eligibility for permanent employment or casual work as outlined.
• Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate care in a rural environment.

Required skills

• Registered Nurse qualification and current registration.
• Ability to work across a broad clinical scope, including emergency and mental health presentations.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision‑making skills.
