Registered Nurse – Part‑Time Relief (Merriwa, WA)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team at Vivian Bullwinkel Lodge in Merriwa, WA on a permanent part‑time relief basis. You will provide high‑quality clinical care while covering planned and unplanned staff absences, offering flexibility and variety in your roster.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care, assessments and care planning.
• Deliver complex clinical care, including medication administration and wound management.
• Monitor and respond to changing resident care needs.
• Collaborate with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners.
• Maintain high standards of clinical governance and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Passion for person‑centred aged care.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
