Registered Nurse & Community Support Worker – Home Healthcare

About the role

Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Community Support Workers to join our Complex Care Team. You will deliver hospital‑level clinical care directly in patients’ homes across the Sydney metro region, providing one‑on‑one support to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one, hospital‑level care in patients’ homes, including assessment, treatment and monitoring.
• Manage complex clinical tasks such as tracheostomy care, PEG/enteral feeding, bowel care, complex medication administration and manual handling.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN).
• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support (for carers).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, current CPR certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and right to work in Australia.
• Availability for a 24/7 flexible rotating roster.
• Experience with tracheostomy management, ventilated patients, PEG feeding, bowel care and complex medication administration.
