Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Part‑time & Night Shifts)

About the role

Arcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join its aged‑care residences across Australia. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to residents, supporting their health and wellbeing while upholding the organisation’s values and clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including health assessments, vital‑sign monitoring and medication management.
• Assess, treat and manage wounds, ensuring infection prevention.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase.
• Identify and address pain concerns with appropriate strategies.
• Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies.
• Provide compassionate palliative and end‑of‑life support.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (essential).
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate and eager to learn.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and communication abilities.
