Regional Director – Broker Partnerships (WA/SA/NT/QLD)

About the role

The Regional Director will lead ANZ's Commercial Broker business across Western Australia, South Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland. Reporting to the Business & Private Bank division, you will drive sustainable growth through broker and aggregator partnerships while delivering superior customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Broker Account Managers to acquire high‑quality commercial customers via accredited brokers.
• Build ANZ's market presence, strengthen broker advocacy and increase referral volumes.
• Collaborate with Relationship, Portfolio and Specialist banking teams to convert broker‑originated opportunities into whole‑of‑wallet solutions.
• Execute national broker initiatives regionally, embed best‑practice engagement and improve channel performance using data‑driven insights.
• Manage risk, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the broker distribution channel.
• Develop and mentor a high‑performing broker network and internal team.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in commercial banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of growing revenue through broker or intermediary partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder influence and ability to work across multiple banking functions.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable growth outcomes.
