As a Recruitment Consultant – Travel Nursing you will help grow the Travel Nurse workforce, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and turn staffing needs into successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses and healthcare clients.
• Source, screen and interview high‑calibre nursing candidates.
• Match nurses with opportunities that suit their skills, experience and preferences.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, references and documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and help grow the Travel Nurse talent pool.

Required profile

• People‑focused recruiter who enjoys working at pace and making things happen.
• Strong recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Sales mindset, collaborative team approach and ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
