About the role
HarperLloyd Recruitment is expanding its Legal Professional division in Brisbane and is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to place lawyers from graduate level to partner across top law firms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – source, interview, and present candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal talent.
- Secure job briefs, negotiate offers, and expand the existing client network.
Required profile
- Passion for connecting people and helping careers progress.
- At least 12 months experience in professional services recruitment, or a legal background with interest in recruitment.
