Recruitment Advisor – End-to-End Talent Acquisition

About the role

ASC is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to manage end‑to‑end hiring for a diverse portfolio of positions supporting Australia’s submarine programme. The role is based in Henderson, WA (or Osborne, SA) and offers flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Execute sourcing strategies using approved advertising channels, talent pools and internal referral networks.
• Screen, assess and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and collect feedback.
• Provide day‑to‑day recruitment guidance to hiring managers and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage multiple vacancies concurrently while ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
• Escalate complex or high‑risk recruitment matters to the Recruitment Team Leader.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related people‑focused role.
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
