Recruiter / Senior Recruiter – Fixed‑Term (Pipelining Only)

About the role

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking Recruiters and Senior Recruiters on a fixed‑term basis to lead high‑volume hiring initiatives. You will act as the first point of contact for hiring managers, driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and representing the AGS brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fulfillment of high‑volume vacancies by collaborating with hiring managers and the Talent Sourcing team to build pipelines.
• Manage requisitions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with recruitment legislation and client processes.
• Provide market intelligence, act as a Talent Advisor, and communicate risk or compliance issues.
• Monitor recruitment activity, forecast volumes, and allocate workload accordingly.
• Coach candidates for interviews, give professional feedback, and maintain relationships with talent pools.

Required profile

• Prior experience in high‑volume end‑to‑end recruitment within staffing or corporate HR, preferably in a global organisation.
• Proven ability to conduct behavioural‑based interviews and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
