Real Estate Sales Associate - Residential Property Sales

About the role

A well-established property sales team in the northern region of a major city is looking for a Real Estate Sales Associate to support clients through all stages of residential property transactions. This is a permanent, full-time position in the northern metropolitan suburbs of Darwin, with a salary of $52,000-$55,000 per year plus commission incentives. The role is not open to sponsorship or work visas.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their property needs and goals
• Promote properties through online and offline marketing channels
• Arrange and lead property inspections and open house events
• Negotiate sales offers to achieve favourable outcomes for clients
• Prepare and manage sales contracts and documentation
• Liaise with financial and legal professionals to support smooth transactions
• Keep clients updated and advise them throughout the sales journey
• Work towards and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent client service

Required profile

• Australian citizenship required for compliance
• Experience in property promotion and client engagement
• Ability to understand and manage contract documentation
• Strong verbal and negotiation skills
