Property Manager - South Yarra

About the role

Xynergy Realty is looking for a qualified Property Manager with at least one year of experience to manage residential real estate in and around South Yarra or the southeastern suburbs. The role sits within the Property Management Department, which includes Leasing, Inspection and Administration teams, and offers a high-level teamwork environment in a prominent office location.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain residential real estate in South Yarra or the southeastern suburbs, and plan, develop and implement an integrated strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Provide high-level operational conduct across property operations, maintenance of physical properties and service delivery.
• Manage the company's property portfolios.
• Sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals, and maximising deal-closing opportunities to gain market share from larger competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of lease and prospecting activities, including lease calls, presentations, closed deals and follow-up.
• Consult with prospects and clients and recommend the company's solutions to their business issues.
• Work with a skilled group of property professionals in a supportive, risk-taking team environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in the real estate industry as a Property Manager; experience in property management is welcome.
• Superior management skills, with the ability to lead, guide and motivate oneself and others in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication with senior executives, client agencies, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in another language is an advantage.
