Real Estate Receptionist

About the role

A real estate agency in Reservoir, Victoria is looking for a receptionist who will be its welcoming face and proactive voice, connecting with clients in person and by phone. The role combines front-desk administration with outbound client engagement and suits someone who enjoys relationship building and wants to grow into a client-facing sales or property management role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience to clients, tenants and landlords.
• Handle inbound phone calls professionally and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients, tenants and landlords to help with property inquiries, appointment scheduling and service follow-ups.
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide administrative support to the Property Management and Sales teams.
• Keep the reception area well presented and uphold the agency's professional image.
• Help improve client communication and service processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Prior administrative or receptionist experience is an advantage.
• Confidence making outbound calls and engaging in professional client conversations.
• Reliable, well-presented, a strong team player with good attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn new CRM platforms.
