Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

An outstanding opportunity for a driven commercial property professional to manage and grow a sales and leasing portfolio, working with high-quality clients and earning strong commission-based rewards in a supportive, high-performance environment. The position is based in Reservoir, Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Source and secure new commercial sales and leasing listings
• Prospect, negotiate and close commercial property transactions
• Conduct property inspections, presentations and client meetings
• Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers and tenants
• Prepare market appraisals, proposals, contracts and sales documentation

Required profile

• 2-5+ years' experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
• Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly motivated, results-driven and self-managed
• Professional presentation with a client-focused approach
