Provisional Psychologist

About the role

The AAA Psychology team is expanding and seeks a Provisional Psychologist to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based therapeutic services to NDIS participants. This hybrid position is based in Yeerongpilly with caseloads allocated within 30 minutes of your home suburb.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client‑centred, culturally safe therapeutic interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardised tools, then set treatment goals.
• Manage and support your own caseload, developing and reviewing support plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate case notes, reports and correspondence in line with legislative and ethical standards.
• Participate in monthly team meetings, in‑service training and weekly supervision.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration and a completed Master’s degree in Psychology.
• Working with Children’s Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Valid driver’s licence (minimum provisional) with access to a fully insured vehicle.
• High standard of professional ethics.
