Proposals Specialist – MENA

About the role

Based in Perth’s CBD, the Proposals Specialist will join Ausenco’s global proposals team to support the growing Middle East and North Africa (MENA) market. Working closely with the lead office in Riyadh and the APAC Proposals Leader, you will translate complex engineering strategies into clear, compliant and compelling bid documents.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end development of proposals, RFIs, pre‑qualifications and expressions of interest for MENA opportunities.
• Analyse client requests, run kick‑off meetings and manage technical reviews to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business development, operations and technical teams to craft win plans, value propositions and executive summaries.
• Proofread and edit technical and non‑technical content for clarity, accuracy and impact.
• Prepare written and graphical elements for proposals, qualifications and presentations.
• Gather market intelligence, conduct research and contribute insights to strengthen submissions.
• Maintain sales collateral, knowledge databases and capture lessons learned from debriefs.

• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across time zones, including frequent meetings with MENA and North America teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality, compliant proposals.

Required skills

• Bid writing and proposal coordination experience.
• Proficiency in preparing written and graphical content for business proposals.
