Project Manager – Performance Reporting

About the role

LGT Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead strategic change initiatives, with a focus on performance reporting projects. You will partner with business stakeholders and owners to define delivery approaches and ensure successful outcomes across both business and technology workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate team ceremonies such as Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Business Analyst and Business Owners to deliver prioritised initiatives and estimate effort.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource schedules, and budget forecasts.
• Coordinate cross‑team dependencies, manage risks, quality, and progress to meet time, budget, and scope targets.
• Lead non‑technical components including stakeholder engagement, communications, and business readiness.
• Run governance forums like Steering Committees and Working Groups, and support Big Room Planning/PI Sessions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Proven track record in financial services, preferably wealth management.
• Experience managing risk and compliance projects in a regulated environment.
• Degree‑qualified.

Required skills

• Agile project management methodology.
• Avaloq financial platform knowledge.
• Understanding of SDLC and change management methodologies.
