Project Manager

About the role

AUIT, an Australian managed service provider (MSP) based in Canberra, is looking for a Project Manager. The role leads, manages and organises a diverse range of projects from start to finish, often from a technical angle, and requires liaison with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects within the scope of agreed business cases
• Create and execute project plans, revising them as requirements change
• Implement change control measures in line with relevant standards
• Identify, resolve and escalate project risks and issues
• Plan resources, estimate costs, develop budgets and control costs
• Assign responsibilities and resources needed to complete projects
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget, and report progress to stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and oversee technical project team members

Required profile

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Willingness to undergo an Australian police check
• Experience in the MSP industry or comparable fields
• Customer service experience

Required skills

• ISMS and Halo PSA
• PMP, PMI, Prince2 or Agile certification
• Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
