Project Manager

About the role

CivilandScape is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial landscape and civil projects in Sydney. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure delivery of high‑quality work.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from start to finish, including reviewing technical drawings, scopes and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, BOQ take‑offs, cost spreadsheets and payment claims.
• Negotiate with clients, coordinate suppliers for competitive pricing, and review tender submissions.
• Lead site staff, monitor programme milestones and ensure compliance with contracts such as AS4000 and AS4906.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, civil or landscaping project management.
• Strong supplier management, risk and compliance handling, and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence, reliable transportation and a White Card.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of landscape and civil construction methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project) and PDF tools.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, BOQ take‑offs and tender documentation.
