About the role

CivilandScape is seeking an experienced and reliable Landscaper to join their team in Parramatta. The role involves working closely with the site team and clients to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site works and labourers to meet programme and budget targets.
• Participate in hands‑on site work to deliver projects.
• Liaise with the office team to arrange deliveries and purchase orders.
• Oversee project delivery from start to finish with minimal senior management assistance.
• Ensure safe execution of onsite works and conduct risk assessments.
• Report progress, time, and costs to the Director and General Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial landscaping, including large‑scale projects.
• Ability to lead site staff and manage labourers to meet deadlines.
• Hands‑on work style and strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and Workcover White Card.
• Fluent English and legal right to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Landscape trade qualification (any related qualification is a bonus).
