Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will support the delivery division by coordinating contracts, budgets and schedules for civil and landscape projects. This role works closely with site teams, suppliers and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support site teams to deliver live projects on time and within budget.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate works, deliveries and purchase orders.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and track delivery programmes.
• Prepare and submit payment claims and variations in line with contractual obligations.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts such as AS4000 and AS4906.
• Manage drawing registers and assist senior management with project delivery tools.

Required profile

• Over 4 years of experience in contract administration within construction, civil or landscaping.
• Strong knowledge of contract standards (AS4000, AS4906) and construction methodologies.
• Reliable transportation and a valid NSW driver’s licence.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
