Senior Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team in Parramatta. The role involves reviewing tender requests, analysing technical documentation and preparing accurate tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review tender requests and documentation.
• Analyse technical drawings, scopes and specifications.
• Complete plan take‑offs, BOQs and cost spreadsheets.
• Coordinate supplier qualification and pricing.
• Liaise with clients and manage expectations.
• Prepare tender submissions and meet deadlines.
• Stakeholder management and process improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Over 4 years’ experience in construction, civil or landscaping estimating.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred.
• Reliable transportation and WorkCover White Card.
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of landscape and civil construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and Project.
