Project Manager

About the role

Join Hindmarsh to lead technically challenging construction projects across health, laboratories, aged care, retirement living and commercial sectors. You will have autonomy, support and resources to deliver projects that make a lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from commencement through to successful completion.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, programme, commercial and client outcomes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, cashflow, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee programming, project planning, procurement and risk management.
• Mentor emerging project leaders and champion Hindmarsh's culture, values, quality and safety.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor environment.
• Proven track record leading projects from commencement to completion.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project financial performance and contractual obligations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing high‑performing teams.
