Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the role

The organisation is a leading global data centre provider seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver large‑scale, mission‑critical facilities. You will own projects from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring programme, cost, quality and stakeholder outcomes are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from design to operational handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Control budgets, forecasts, reporting and commercial performance.
• Oversee procurement of critical equipment and monitor project schedules.
• Manage risks, RFIs, technical queries and construction issues.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and handover of MEP infrastructure.

Required profile

• 6+ years delivering data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across design, construction and commissioning.
• Well‑developed commercial, contractual and project controls capability.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering or related discipline.
