Project Lead – Architecture

About the role

FK is seeking a Project Lead to join its Brisbane studio, overseeing architectural projects from concept through construction across residential, cultural, commercial and civic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from design inception to construction completion, ensuring design intent is maintained.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants and client stakeholders, managing programmes, budgets and deliverables.
• Contribute to documentation, quality assurance processes and overall delivery excellence.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of learning within the studio.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in architectural practice with proven project leadership.
• Registered architect in Australia or on the pathway to registration.
• Strong design and technical skills across documentation and delivery.
• Calm, solutions‑focused approach to team leadership and problem solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Capability with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
