Programmatic Manager

About the role

Join dentsu, a global network driving innovative programmatic campaigns. As a Programmatic Manager you will lead a talented team, manage key relationships and keep the programmatic engine running at full speed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign strategies, collaborate with publishers and partners, negotiate quarterly deals and deliver performance reporting.
• Own all DSP relationships, lead QBRs, present product roadmaps, troubleshoot issues and identify beta opportunities.
• Guide the team through client requests, strategic planning and ensure high‑quality delivery across client catch‑ups and QBRs.
• Contribute fresh ideas in internal brainstorms, shape channel strategy and craft compelling visuals and narratives.
• Manage senior‑level client communications, act as escalation point, host education sessions and present thought‑leadership pieces.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in programmatic advertising with strong client relationship management.
• Deep hands‑on expertise in DV360 and The Trade Desk.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals and manage publisher, partner and DSP relationships.
• Strong analytical capability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
