Professional Services Consultant (Clinical)

About the role

AlayaCare is seeking a Clinical Professional Services Consultant to lead software implementations for aged and disability care providers across Australia. Reporting to the Director of Residential Operations, you will work closely with customers' clinical teams to configure and optimise the AlayaCare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture and analyse client business processes and requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirements and solution design.
• Configure the AlayaCare application to support clinical workflows and residential care processes.
• Deliver training using a train‑the‑trainer model and support data migration activities.
• Manage communications on project progress and resolve implementation issues.
• Mentor Professional Services Associates and contribute to implementation best practices.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in residential aged‑care implementation or clinical systems consulting.
• Understanding of aged‑care legislation, functions and challenges.
• Strong customer focus, accountability and ability to work to SLAs.
• Advanced analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
