Production Operator I

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position is based on‑site at our Dalgleish Street facility in Adelaide. The Production Operator works day shifts (06:30‑14:36) to meet production, safety and quality targets in a GMP‑controlled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities in line with specifications, SOPs, GMP and ISO principles.
• Perform in‑process sampling, monitoring and complete accurate batch, packing, cleaning and autoclave records.
• Communicate any production issues to the Supervisor or Lead Operator promptly.
• Assist in revising manufacturing documentation, investigations, projects and validation tasks.
• Participate in EHS compliance, hazard reporting and continuous improvement initiatives such as root‑cause countermeasures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or TAFE qualification.
• Ability to work to a production schedule, manage time effectively and lift up to 20 kg.
• Self‑directed, proactive, adaptable and disciplined mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• GMP manufacturing knowledge.
• ISO documentation principles.
• Experience with batch records and autoclave operation.
• Mechanical proficiency for equipment handling.
