Production Operator – Night Shift

About the role

Join Aliaxis as a Production Operator on the night shift, working Monday to Friday from 11 pm to 7 am. You will help keep the manufacturing line running safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor processes, perform quality checks and follow documented work instructions.
• Identify and report equipment, quality or process issues.
• Support changeovers, start‑ups and shutdowns.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to follow procedures, work instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Australian or permanent residency with full working rights.

Required skills

• Operating machinery and production equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in automation.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection moulding or extrusion (highly regarded).
