Production Technologist

About the role

Join a global animal health manufacturing team in Bendigo, VIC, focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement. As a Production Technologist you will support the manufacture of media, antigen and final vaccine material in line with production schedules and GMP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities for intermediates and final vaccine material, preparing and maintaining equipment.
• Support production planning, batch documentation, schedule adherence and SAP transactions.
• Conduct batch record review, verification and timely BPR corrections.
• Assist with maintenance, validation, inventory accuracy and equipment safety.
• Apply MPS tools for investigations, CAPA implementation and process improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
• Understanding of GMP, quality systems and aseptic processes.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and basic maths/data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisation and teamwork abilities.
