Product Manager – Medication Management Solutions

About the role

Lead the strategy, positioning and growth of BD Pyxis™ and BD ROWA™ technologies that help hospitals transform medication management, pharmacy automation and patient safety. This highly visible role combines portfolio strategy, customer engagement and commercial execution across ANZ and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans that support portfolio growth and market awareness.
• Create compelling product positioning, messaging and value propositions tailored to the ANZ market.
• Partner with sales teams to drive customer engagement, opportunity development and revenue growth.
• Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence and market data to inform strategy and decision‑making.
• Lead local events, conferences, exhibitions and product launch activities.

Required profile

• Commercially minded Product Manager with experience in product management, product marketing or a commercial healthcare role.
• Background within medical devices, healthcare technology, healthcare software or hospital solutions.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing product or portfolio strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with pharmacy automation, medication management or hospital workflows.
• Ability to use market intelligence and customer insights to influence decision‑making.
