Product Manager – Infusion Therapies

About the role

The Product Manager – Infusion Therapies will own strategy, launches and growth initiatives for a key infusion portfolio within BD's Medication Management Solutions business across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with sales, clinical, and regional stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the Infusion Therapies portfolio across ANZ.
• Lead portfolio strategy, launch planning, market development activities and commercial initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance, market share, profitability and key business metrics.
• Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Engage with customers and KOLs in the field to identify market needs and growth opportunities.
• Support major tenders, product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio optimisation.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
• Experience in product or associate product management within MedTech, healthcare or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage commercial portfolios and deliver growth objectives.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and portfolio planning capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Product management and marketing experience in MedTech or healthcare.
• Experience supporting product launches, tenders and lifecycle activities.
• Ability to work with KOLs, clinicians and sales teams.
