PM Operations Manager

About the role

As PM Operations Manager Oceania, you will lead operational activities for wind farm projects across Australia, New Zealand and the wider region, ensuring safe, efficient and on‑schedule delivery of transport, crane and turbine installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate transport, crane and turbine installation operations across all Oceania projects.
• Provide operational expertise during tendering, procurement and contract negotiations.
• Develop and review installation methodologies, lifting plans, transport concepts and mobilisation strategies.
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks while driving continuous improvement.
• Support cost control, change management and operational optimisation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• 8‑10+ years of experience in operations, construction or project management within wind energy, renewables, infrastructure or heavy engineering.
• Proven experience across tender, procurement and project execution phases.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, quality standards and operational best practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Australia, New Zealand and the wider Oceania region.
