About the role
As a Sales Advisor at COS The Strand, you will be the friendly face welcoming customers and embodying the brand’s heart. You’ll provide high‑level service throughout the shop floor, from conversations to cash‑desk assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, initiate conversations and guide them through the shopping experience.
- Assist at the cash desk, fitting rooms and on the shop floor.
- Process deliveries, replenish stock and merchandise new garments.
- Maintain a welcoming environment that showcases the brand’s aesthetic.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused with genuine interest in helping shoppers.
- Proactive, curious and willing to improve everyday processes.
- Honest, genuine, communicative and open‑minded.
- Interest in fashion, trends and a collaborative team spirit.
