About the role
Join Nike in Canberra as a Part‑Time Athlete, delivering premium customer service and embodying the brand’s passion for sport. This fixed‑term position offers a dynamic, fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, premium customer service to every Nike fan.
- Develop and maintain expert‑level product knowledge.
- Replenish and maintain stock levels on the shop floor.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Support the store in achieving key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
- Strong enthusiasm for the Nike brand and sports.
- Natural sense of urgency and energetic demeanor.
- Commitment to a rotating schedule with full availability for 15 hours per week.
