Consultant / Senior Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

Join Grosvenor as a Consultant or Senior Consultant and work across public sector advisory, program evaluation, procurement and property advisory, helping government and industry make better decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex, ambiguous problems and deliver clear, decision‑ready recommendations.
• Run consultations and workshops, engaging senior stakeholders to shape outcomes.
• Produce well‑structured reports and presentations that support client decisions.
• Support proposals and build lasting client relationships.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of consulting or professional experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to manage complexity.
• Team‑first mindset, good humour and a desire to keep learning.
• Experience in government, consulting, procurement, program evaluation or property is valued, but adaptable generalists are welcome.

Required skills

• Critical thinking and commercial acumen.
