About the role

Join Miele’s Experience Centre in Canberra and help customers discover the quality, innovation and performance of premium domestic appliances. As a Sales Consultant you will guide shoppers through their purchasing journey, offering expert advice and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised product advice and consultative sales solutions to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrate Miele products and their features, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while upholding Miele’s premium service standards.
• Maintain high‑standard presentation of products and displays throughout the Experience Centre.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and support store operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or consultative sales.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
