Park Manager - Hat Head Holiday Park

About the role

NRMA Parks & Resorts is looking for an experienced, hands-on Park Manager to lead Hat Head Holiday Park, a substantial holiday park with 10 cabins, 270 powered and unpowered sites and a team of about 12. The park sits on the Mid North Coast with direct access to the beach and creek, and the local café, grocer and bowling club are within walking distance. The position is full time on a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027, with manager accommodation provided.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the park alongside experienced Grounds & Maintenance and Guest Services Supervisors.
• Create great guest experiences while keeping the park running safely, smoothly and commercially.
• Balance guest experience, commercial performance and operational standards.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships, including working effectively with Kempsey Shire Council.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading a holiday park, resort, accommodation or a similar operational environment.
• A confident, visible and hands-on people leader.
• Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and being part of the day-to-day life of the park.
