Paralegal – Brisbane Legal Team

About the role

A leading energy‑sector organisation is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Brisbane‑based legal team on a long‑term engagement through to the end of 2026. The role provides high visibility across major commercial and regulatory projects, supporting senior lawyers in contract management, compliance and operational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Review base‑level agreements, manage renewals and extensions.
• Draft, markup and prepare materials for legal team review.
• Maintain internal communications, update requirements and track documents.
• Manage calendars, schedule professional development sessions and organise meetings with external advisers.

Required profile

• Ability to work on‑site in the Brisbane office with consistent in‑person attendance.
• Availability for approximately three days per week for the duration of the engagement.
• Capacity to start as soon as possible and integrate quickly into active workflow.
• Relevant legal training and experience in contracts, redlining, compliance or general paralegal support.
