Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

MRI is seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Development Representative to join its AUNZ commercial team. Working 1:1 with an Account Executive, you will target strategic accounts, conduct research, and execute thoughtful outbound outreach to generate high‑quality meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with an assigned Account Executive to prospect and outreach to a defined list of strategic accounts.
• Research target organisations, map stakeholders, and understand business context before outreach.
• Execute multi‑channel outbound activities (calls, email, LinkedIn) following account plans.
• Qualify inbound and marketing‑generated leads using a structured framework and prepare handoff briefs.
• Maintain clean CRM records, capture market intelligence, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Regional Leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ months experience in B2B sales, SDR or inside sales.
• Strong written and spoken business English and confidence speaking with senior professionals.
• High attention to detail, disciplined follow‑up and process orientation.
• Coachability, accountability and ambition for a long‑term career in technology sales.
