Sales Development Representative

About the role

Atlas Copco is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to energise its sales pipeline within the Specialty Rental Division. Based in Blacktown, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and will connect prospects with field sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads through research and coordinated marketing efforts.
• Follow up promptly on website inquiries, campaign responses, trade‑show contacts and promotional activities.
• Re‑engage dormant customers to uncover renewed business opportunities.
• Manage inbound queries and guide customers through the rental process from quotation to contract closure.
• Provide expert advice on equipment specifications, pricing, availability and complementary solutions.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to meet revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and monitor lead activity to achieve KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation or customer‑centric sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisational ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous development.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
