Onsite Team Manager

About the role

Chandler Macleod is recruiting an enthusiastic and highly motivated Onsite Team Manager to work on-site with its client in Kemps Creek. You will help drive operations forward and build a fun, engaging and productive team culture. The role suits someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach and a proven record of motivating teams. Hours are business hours, but because the client site operates 24/7, remote support may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire, mentor and lead a team
• Act as a key point of contact for client relationships, delivering exceptional service with a friendly touch
• Motivate the team to achieve KPIs in a positive, collaborative atmosphere
• Apply a safety-first mindset that prioritises well-being
• Use operational expertise to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Give regular performance feedback, run reviews and identify growth opportunities

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations and team leadership, with a track record of managing and inspiring teams
• Strong operational background and hands-on approach
• Previous customer-facing experience is highly desirable
• Commitment to safety and the ability to foster a positive safety culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
