Oncology Business Manager – NSW & ACT

About the role

Join Lilly Australia’s Oncology franchise to manage a leading breast‑cancer brand across NSW and ACT. You will build strong customer relationships, provide clinical expertise and drive business growth ahead of upcoming product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs through value‑based and institutional selling and provide approved disease and treatment information.
• Develop and execute a Territory Business Plan, including hospital account strategies and multi‑channel programs.
• Manage the territory’s financial and commercial performance to maintain profitability.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Field Medical, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Operations teams.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Business, Nursing or related discipline.
• Strong track record in Oncology or specialty pharma sales, preferably in a clinical/hospital setting.
• Demonstrated business ownership, strategic customer focus and stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Deep clinical knowledge of oncology treatments.
• Ability to communicate product and clinical material with credibility.
• Planning, execution and organisational skills with a results‑driven mindset.
