Occupational Therapist – New Graduate

About the role

Join Physio Inq as a newly qualified Occupational Therapist in Perth, working within a supportive community‑based allied health team. You will receive structured onboarding, supervision and gradual client exposure to build confidence in community practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients under senior clinician supervision.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings, monthly case reviews and in‑service training.
• Document travel, calls, reporting and notes as billable activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and engage in cross‑discipline shadowing.

Required profile

• Recent graduate eager to work in NDIS and community settings.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and value structured supervision.
• Desire for autonomy with a safety net and balanced workload.
