Occupational Therapist – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

Join the growing team at Ability Action Australia (AAA) as an Occupational Therapist, supporting NDIS participants in Ryde and surrounding areas. You can work full‑time or part‑time, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of NDIS participants and their families.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Contribute to or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for working in the disability sector.
